Hi, I’m Raaghav Srinivasan.

I’m a security leader with over a decade of industry experience who’s passionate about building practical security solutions that actually work for businesses. I have led security teams at Chime, Dropbox and HelloSign.

Back in 2016, I joined HelloSign (YC W11) as their very first security engineer (and employee #60). I built their technical security program from the ground up, which helped contribute to their $230M acquisition by Dropbox in 2019. Before that, I worked at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and Visa, focusing on reducing security risks while keeping business goals in mind.

My expertise covers application security, cloud security (especially in AWS), emerging GenAI security challenges, and building high-performing security teams. I have a Master’s in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon, but honestly, I’ve learned the most valuable lessons in the field.
